These boards were created to pitch concepts for the broadcast title sequence for the 2018 Games in South Korea. This concept, titled Winter Wonderland, shows athletes competing in a fairytale, emphasizing the interaction with the Korean landscape and traditional architecture. A skier launches off of a natural ski jump among jagged peaks, a speed skater quietly skates across a magical forest pond, and so on.
I created the images from compositing photo elements and digital painting.
